Amy is an Assistant Professor in the Physical Therapy Program and a Center of Teaching Excellence Faculty Liaison at the University of Findlay. Amy has been practicing as a school-based PT for over 18 years, promoting physical activity embedded into academics and interprofessional collaboration, while closely working with educators, administrators, therapists, and parents. She received an Academic Excellence Award from University of Indianapolis in 2010 and was nominated for the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Future Business Leaders 40 Under 40 in 2015. Her research on pediatric health promotion was published in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Amy also published, “Recycle Bin Boogie: Move and Learn with Recyclables,” a physical activity book combining academic concepts with common household recyclables. She has presented regionally and nationally on a variety of topics related to pediatric health promotion, active learning, school-based therapy, and special education.

Live webinar trainings may be canceled by TelehealthShare LLC if no more than 5 registrations have been received 24 hours prior to the training or when a speaker emergency arises. Refund for the full amount paid will be credited to accounts within 24 hours of cancellation. Learners will be notified by email before the training start time. Learners must reply to verify receipt of the email notifications.
