Instructor

Tracie Recker OTR/L has been an occupational therapist for over 25 years and has been providing school-based telehealth OT services for Community Therapy Services since 2012. Prior to that, Tracie worked as an Instructor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for Rhodes State College Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and as a staff occupational therapist (including outpatient pediatrics and school-based services) for St. Rita’s Medical Center. In addition, Tracie is an accomplished presenter with numerous presentations at conferences and workshops. In 2016, she co-presented at the AOTA Annual Conference on the topic of supporting students' mental health and sensory needs using telehealth technologies.

Live Webinars include presenter and participant interaction. Multimedia formats are used during instruction including a live video feed of instructor, PowerPoint, supplemental videos, interactive polls, and/or chat discussion.


On-demand courses include video and audio recordings of live webinars with multimedia formats described above.

Assessment of Learning Outcomes

Learner outcomes are assessed through the CE post-test for live, on-demand, and self-paced learning modules. Post-test questions are based on learning outcomes listed in the course descriptions. 

Course Completion Requirements

1. Record of attendance (recorded automatically by webinar system).

2. Verification of learner identity (attestation statement on post-test).

3. Successful completion of the post-test (≥ 70%)

4. Completion of CE Course Evaluation with brief reflection on application of knowledge.

Policy and Procedures for Activity Cancellation by TelehealthShare

Live webinar trainings may be canceled by TelehealthShare LLC if no more than 5 registrations have been received 24 hours prior to the training or when a speaker emergency arises. Refund for the full amount paid will be credited to accounts within 24 hours of cancellation. Learners will be notified by email before the training start time. Learners must reply to verify receipt of the email notifications.


Policy and Procedures for Activity Cancellation by the Learner

Learners may cancel their registration up until the start time of the training. Refunds will be issued following the guidelines outlined for TelehealthShare cancellations listed above.

Refund Policy
